Fees paid for our services are non refundable if our services have already been used. However, we may refund the fees collected for services not used yet depending on individual cases at the discretion of our CEO.

We can only accept payments in GBP through WorldPay Payment Gateway.

We accept cash, and bank transfers in US Dollar, Euro and GBP.

FuturePay is a recurring (repeat) payment service where we set up agreements where our clients can automatically pay us by card on a recurring basis. It is like a direct debit or standing order arrangement, and you can find out more about it here.

We would let you know how much is each payment and how long it will last and how frequently we will take payments from your card. You can cancel this agreement at any time by emailing info@aydansmith.com.
